By accessing or using the Flaron Tools app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Use of the App

  • The app is intended for browsing and ordering tool parts and accessories.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.

Products and Orders

  • Flaron Tools sells parts and products of two brands: Flaron and Dongcheng.
  • Product images are for reference only and actual products may vary slightly.
  • Order placement does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed separately.

Order Flow

Order status may include: Order Placed, Confirmed, Shipped, Dispatched, and Delivered.

Payments

Currently, no online payment gateway is integrated. Payment terms, if any, are communicated separately.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellation or return requests are subject to product condition and company policy.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability

Flaron Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or products.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and app materials are the property of Flaron Tools and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
